I am a freelance sound engineer.

Part of my job is to prepare current hardware for future proofing. Audio over IP is fast becoming the norm and this module is a great way to update your Berhinger product.

The installation (internal wing port) was simple and easy. Thomman assured me that performing the installation myself wouldn’t void the warranty.

An area that was unexpectedly tricky was updating the firmware on the module. After 20mins of research and a few YouTube tutorials I was able to execute the process.

I’ve had no issues with it and it has saved the day on a few live broadcast projects so would recommend it for anyone interested in live audio.

Good card. Cheaper than the external card and lets you keep the external SD card. All works simultaneously without problems - network control, Dante, SD recording and USB. Physical installation was easy, but setting up and updating took a bit of internet research. I had to search the forums for advices. Info and firmwares are available through Behringer's download portal, not on the Wing rack page.

Ohne Anleitung, nicht ganz einfach,
darum hier kurz was für die Wing.
Wing oder alles was das kann, aufschrauben, Karte fest einstecken, sowie verriegeln, zuschrauben.
Dann die Utility Taste beim Einschalten gedrückt halten, MOD-DANTE
eingeben, bestätigen, dann wird die Karte erkannt.
Dante anschliesen, den Updater aufrufen, die Karte auf den aktuellen Stand bringen, Behringer suchen, wing-dante64, zur Zeit 4.2.3.13.
In der Netzwerkkonfiguration des Dante Controllers bei der Konfiguration
des Schalters gibt es 3 Wahlmöglichkeiten!!!
sehr wichtig falls ihr die Steuerung der Wing über einen anderen Switch
laufen lässt, bei seperatet werden die Netzwerkanschlüsse dann unmanaged richtig erkannt.
dann sollte es laufen, youtube hilft auch.
