A totally crazy module of the best kind.

Based on the Kastle mini desktop range with interchangeable firmware and faceplate. So can act as the equally great FX wizard and Alchemist, it’s certainly a well made module and well designed but my only negative is the fact the USB-C port is on the side not easily accessible without unscrewing it from your rack.

Viel mehr als nur ein Effektgerät

Da ich mir erst kürzlich einen semi-modularen Synth im eurorack Format (EastBeast) zugelegt habe, wollte ich diesen nun zunächst mit einem möglichst flexiblen modul erweitern. So bin ich über den WaveBard/FxWizard gestolpert und ich bin begeistert!
Bei mir kommt das Modul aktuell mit der FxWizard Firmware zum Einsatz, die mit einer sehr interessanten Auswahl von Effekten kommt. Man hat einerseits ein paar "Klassiker" wie z.B. Delay, bekommt aber auch einige speziellere Optionen die direkt zum experimentieren einladen. Auch die WaveBard Firmware habe ich ausprobiert und viel Freude daran gehabt, am liebsten würde ich mir das Modul nochmal kaufen um beides gleichzeitig nutzen zu können!
Ein großer Bonuspunkt für einen Eurorack Neuling wie mich sind die ganzen zusätzlichen Funktionen wie z.B. der Pattern Generator, da mein kleines Rack hiermit um viel mehr erweitert wurde als einfach nur ein Effektgerät.

Je suis totalement raccord/d'accord avec l'autre personne qui disait que c'était le module de l'année 2025.
N'ayant pour l'instant pas besoin du sampler j'ai changé l'interface (merci a BASTL pour le petit outil livré avec) pour le FX Wizard et le moins que l'on puisse dire c'est que ça sonne, et pas qu'un peu !!!!
Incroyable. Tous les effets sont intéressants et certains sont tout simplement déments!
Delay, freeze, flanger, pitch shifter et j'en passe.... Je me régale !
