Good but
I installed a pair on a gibson explorer, the bridge pick up is perfect but the neck pick up sounds to warm and sounds a little muddy, its almost unusable with gain
Pros: great with cleans or volume rolled back
Cons: unusable with high gain

Great sound
They were a bit too hot for me, so I returned them for some lower output pickups, but if you play any of the more heavy metal styles (thrash, death, etc) these super high output pickups absolutely roar, great broad "open" sound with a ton of power.
