Perfect for a quiet practice instrument in fifths
As a mandolin and tenor banjo player I wanted a quieter instrument to learn and practice pieces on. When I became aware that these strings existed I bought a cheap concert ukulele and ordered these.
The result has been great, nice tone and easy on the fingers. The strings do take a while to settle in, though; it's been two weeks and they seem to be OK now (occasionally a little flat upon first picking it up for the day) but almost there, I think.
