Die Gesamtverarbeitung des Fells ist hochwertig und deutlich anders als die der Mitbewerber.

Das Fell läßt sich leicht aufziehen und stimmen, die Stimmung bleibt länger gleichmäßig als bei der Konkurrenz (subjektiver Eindruck nach 3x proben). Die Folie ist nicht glasklar, sondern etwas 'seidig', was die Kombination mit anderen Herstellern schwierig macht (aber schon aus akustischen Gründen sollte man das eher lassen).

Sound: im Direktvergleich mit den dickeren fellen des Herstellers, der sich auf 'Emo' reimt, klingt das Aquarian runder und weicher, eher Richtung Jazz (hier in Verbindung mit Maple-Kesseln).

Fazit: hochwertiger Anbieter, guter Sound, aber das Ohr muß entscheiden
