Tubes are great but the storage case is awkward

I bought these recently and have just completed a show using them. I was delighted with how they performed but found the process of putting them back in the case for recharging difficult and slow with the tubes likely to get damaged. It takes time and patience to settle each tube into its place without causing any strain or damage.
Similarly when packing up for transport , although the case is robust and has wheels which are useful, the locks are difficult to engage and the foam pieces required to fit each tube make fitting the tubes awkward.
I bought the pix version of these in error, as I didn’t need pixel functions but I look forward to experimenting with them.

I ordered the neon tube pix tour box to upgrade my existing lighting rig. Yes, it is expensive, but boy you get what you pay for.

The build quality is incredible. The tourbox is solid and feels like it could resist a nuclear blast. Plus the ability to charge the tubes direct from the case is fantastic.

Light output is fantastic. I had so many compliments from members of the audience how great they looked. Had them on the sound-reactive “musik mode” which made for a very interactive and visual experience. The ability to set them up without cables or wires all over the place is amazing and a game changer.

Delivery was quick and the item was packaged well, as one would expect from Thomann.

All in all, I am one very satisfied customer and will enjoy gigging with these for years to come.

Die sechs Tubes waren erstmals im Einsatz, die Steuerung funktionierte mit Fernbedienung und Steuergerät - muss extra dazu erworben werden -prompt.

Vielseitige Anwendung, ein metallischer Hintergrund ist wg. der Magnete Pflicht. Alutraversen helfen nicht weiter.

Sehr schöne und vielfältige Lichtleistung. Die Tubes wurden gerühmt, gelobt.

Wer im Ambientbeleuchtungsbereich Verbesserung sucht wird hochzufrieden sein, es gibt allerdings außerhalb der App und dem DMXpult keinerlei Display.

Immer wieder.

PS: Die Aufbewahrung im Koffer hat allerdings noch Luft nach oben, alles ist extrem eng verstaut, und, eine Aufladung aller Tubes verlangt den offenen Koffer. Es gibt auch lose Teile, z. B. die Fußstative, die Netzteile. Größerer Koffer?

Tolles Licht und super zu montieren mit den Magneten. So ist man schnell und flexibel beim Aufbau.
Die Akkulaufzeit reicht für eine Party auch locker aus.

Nur das Case ist nicht perfekt. Es werden die Füße mitgeliefert, doch die fliegen eher lose im Case herum. Das geht besser.
