Great sound but very short resonance
The quality of the sound is good and trashy but it's very short for the size of the for the size pf the cymbals

It's a pretty good cymbal, but I had different expectations when it came to the sound.
I ordered the Zultan 18" Q China, UFIP 18" FX Power China, UFIP 18" FX Fast China, and Paiste 2002 Classic 18" China so I could figure out the differences, compare them, and keep the one or ones I liked the most.
In the end, I kept three of them, leaving out the Zultan Q. The Zultan Q wasn't bad at all. In fact, for several people who heard all these Chinas, the Zultan Q was one of their favorites. It has a fairly dark, full, raw sound — a little dirty, but I was looking for something brighter, more expressive, and more cutting. That's exactly what I found in the other three China cymbals.
In short, the Zultan Q wasn't quite the right choice for me, but I can imagine others might really like it, because sound is always a matter of personal taste.
Good luck!
