You could need it
If you install a universal mount TV jones pickup in a guitar like my gretsch g5222 and you want 2 adjustment screws in the bass side like the stock ones (blacktop broad'tron), you'll need this and a tv jones EM5 ring.
Or you can install it with only one adjustment screw on the bass side and you'll only need a EM2 ring.
You need the rings because the pickups are smaller.
Easy to install.

Works just as intended
Got the TV Jones Classic and Classic Pickups for my Gretsch G5230T and these mount adaptors hold the pickups very well in place in the guitar. Great product, would recommend!
