Low cost, but perfect for some use-cases
Materials and finishing are cheap, I suspect that the lacquer will chip off soon, but on the good side the thin brass makes the trumpet very light. The most annoying thing is that the pistons are very slow at the beginning, and often get stuck, but it does get better with continuous use and several cycles of cleaning and application of oil.
The sound is surprisingly good for an instrument of this price and size, and it is easy and fun to play. Intonation is ok. There is a third valve slide, but it's not really usable, as it easily falls off if extended. The included mouthpiece is playable, a Bach copy, but you'll get better results with a real one. The standard size bell works well with all my mutes.
The trumpet is really small, and even with its case it fits comfortably inside a normal backpack together with a few songbooks and a mute. Given the price, I would even feel ok occasionally putting it in a backpack without the case, wrapped in some soft bag or cloth, to save even more space.
In sum, do not expect a professional instrument, but if you need something inexpensive, fun, and portable to play on the go, this is a good choice. Also good for a young kid starting to play and needing something more comfortable to hold than a regular trumpet. Allow quite some time and oil to get the pistons to run smoothly.
