Sonor 20"x16" AQ2 Bass Drum WHP

Hilarious title apart, I bought this bass drum without having ever played a sonor kit and i definitely am very satisfied by its qualities. The pearlish white finish is a bit posh but in the end I quite like it. Of course the most important factors are the sound and the quality of the materials. Maple wood is really nice to the touch and compact, it gives i guess the sound its nice character of being defined, punchy and just nicely bigger than a 18" one. It really is a wonderful compromise the clean jazzyness of a 18" and the fattyness of the more diffused and classic 22". Sonor aq2 series really excels in producing very good drums at an affordable price. Quick delivery to Italy and very safe packaging. Sehr gut Thomann..
