Very low capacitance

Capacitance is my enemy and I like have as minimal losses on an unbalanced line as possible. Audibly, I do not notice this cable when I'm plugged in, which is exactly what I was after.

NIce flexible cable with sturdy low profile plugs

I have only just used 2 of these cables on one rehearsal and a gig. I find it difficult to comment on sound quality as it is such a subjective subject. However, although they are quite thick, they are nonetheless flexible and the plugs are of a high quality and seem very sturdy and reasonably low profile. I also use 3 of the 3 metre versions of this cable. My above comments apply to those cables too. Recommended.

noisefree vs proper jack engagement

i really dont like that the noisefree plug side (that is designed so that your cable makes no pop sound through your amp when you pull it out of your instrument) does not fully engage into a jack socket like a normal plug.
i am all the time afraid that the cable falls out of the jack.
would not recommend

Top Kabel mit sehr niedriger Kapazität aber Schwächen bei Steckern und Handling.

Habe das Kabel gegen einige andere getestet und habe folgenden Eindruck erhalten.

Sound:
Hier macht sich die niedrige Kapazität (das ist was Gutes) deutlich bemerkbar.
Es bedämpft keine Höhen, ist sehr differenziert und sauber auch die Bässe kommen druckvoll und klar.
Eine wirkliche Soundfärbung kann man bei diesem Kabel nicht festmachen was rein kommt, kommt auch 1:1 wieder raus.
Das gefällt!

Handling und Stecker:
Kurzum die Hicon HI-J63M Strecker sind für meines Erachtens nicht das Gelbe vom Ei.
Das ?Intelligent plug-in system? sitzt am geraden Stecker mag sein das dies bei einer Strat noch Sinn macht, ich würde es aber eher am gewinkelten Stecker haben wollen.
Warum: Das gewinkelte Kabel spießt sich manchmal an Pedalboards und Amp-Buchsen/Reglern (das nervt mächtig!).
Der Gerade Stecker ist bei manchen Gitarren Bässen einfach falsch am Platz (Bsp. Preci).
Zusätzlich ist das ?Intelligent plug-in system? so stramm das es wenn ich es ?andersrum? anstecke bei mir der Stecker aus der Buchse meines alten Röhrentop springt.
Auch scheinen mir prinzipiell die Neutrik-Stecker wertiger zu sein (subjektiver Eindruck).
Vom Handling ist das Kabel allgemein eher auf der dickeren und steiferen Seite was auf Bühne und Proberaum etwas mühsam sein kann.

Fazit:
Ich empfehle das LLX-Kabel für Zuhause und im Studio sowie als Verbindung am und zum Pedalboard da sehr neutral, klar, mit hoher Wiedergabegüte und nicht soundfärbend.
Nur würde ich es nicht mehr mit den vorgefertigten Hicon-Steckern kaufen.
Werde künftig nur das LLX-Kabel kaufen und dann mit Neutrik-Stecker und die Kabel selber Konfektionieren.
