I had a problem syncronizing My Tascam US20x20 and TC FInalizer 96k. The toslinks would not want to see each other for some enigmatic reason, I only could link the SPDIF out ftom the TC to the SPDIF in of the TAscam, and used the analog outs, but they did not work perfectly together. Then I linked the clock out of the Tascam to the clock in of the TC using and adaptor and this cable, and quality suddenly improved, and now they work together flawlessly.

Great cables, they are sturdy and always get the job done.
I previously used another brand of BNC cable and sometimes I had clicks coming from one of the units due to an unstable clock signal, never happened again after upgrading to these cables.
