La Selmer S90-170, ofrece una facilidad a la hora de empezar a dar sonido al instrumento, sonido mucho más definido y especifico y sobre todo la facilidad de adaptación del músico a la boquilla.

Vor etwa 20 Jahre habe ich sehr viel Barisax im Saxophon Quartett, in Blasorchester und gelegentlich im Orchester gespielt, damals mit eine Selmer E. Aber inzwischen bevorzuge ich engere Öffnungen. Für mich bringt dieses S90/170 was ich brauche: Kontrol und eine schöne Klang
