If you want to give any bass drum head muffling just like an Emad but you don’t want the Emad head, this is perfect.

The product will last long as there is no real way for it to take damage or wear away, so it’s a good investment, and if you don’t want to muffle, just don’t add in the strips of muffling.

Good value for money, and it doesn’t hurt to have one on your bass drum for gigs in rooms where the drums needs more muffling.

Edit: Inzwischen haben ich das System einfach mal auf dem Resonanzfell ausprobiert … und bin positiv überrascht!
Es verleiht auch einer 20er noch mal zu ordentlich Druck, ohne dass es unnatürlich wirkt. Somit habe ich zumindest einen passenden Einsatzzweck gefunden und revidiere meine Bewertung ein Stück nach oben.

Die Wirkweise ist ja hinlänglich bekannt durch die E-Mad Felle. Aber trotz der Möglichkeit, dies auf alle möglichen Felle zu übertragen – im Prinzip funktioniert das ganz gut – bringt nicht wirklich etwas Neues. Kommt hinzu, dass die Klemme von meinem Jojo Mayer Pedal (Standard) so nahe am Fell sitzt, dass es gegen den schwarzen Rahmen drückt. Allzu lange dauern, bis der bricht, würde das vermutlich nicht.
Also ich brauche es letztlich nicht.
