I bought a few of these to power lighting bars for gigs,
Have used them extensively and can say that these are really thick high quality cables, you wont find cables of this quality this cheap elsewhere, and the length makes them very good for not having to tape up extension leads onto lighting stands.

One major thing i have to comment on in particular is the quality of the plug, It is pretty much the most indestructible plug design ive ever come across, well done thomann, and stairville.

Do not hesitate to buy these...

Love it, just love it. Pretty robust cable and solid. Don't have to wonder that it will break easily like a lot of thin powercon cables. This is built nicely.

Vorab: das Beste was ich bühnentechnisch tun konnte!!! Bisang hatten wir immer mit Verlänerungskabeln unterscheidlichster Art incl. einfacher 3-Fach-Steckdosen gearbeitet. Die thomann Anfälligkeit der einfachen Zugentlastungen i.V.m. der Problematik wenn mal wieder gemand meint er müssen mit einer Sektflasche spritzen oder einen Maßkrug umschütten und damit einen Kurzschluß verursachen, galt es zu optimieren. Das Gesamtsystem damit auf Powercon umzustellen lag daher auf der Hand. Das System selbst habe ich von thomann einem sehr bekannten Verleiher gesehen und war komplett begeistert; pro Musiker kommt daher nur noch ein Powercon Kabel auf den Platz, das dann seine induviduelle Auftteilung erfährt. Kein Depp kann mal schnell den Stromstecker ziehen; die Sachen sind sehr robust verarbeitet und auch schnell tauschbar. Für alle Live-Mucker thomann dringend zu empfehlen!!!!!
