Goodbye P blasts
The Neumann KMS50 is a wonderful vocal mike but still not totally immune to P blasts, particularly with inexperienced performers. I tried a cheapo wind gag but it was not completely effective and dulled the sound. This official Neumann gag really does do the job and its rather large size also helps to keep the user at a sensible distance from the mike. Not cheap but, nevertheless, effective
