At this price I'm really wondering why the bag doesn't come with dividers for the Hi Hats. Quite a drawback for me. The extra pockets within the Hi Hat pocket don't seem practical to me. For the material they used for those I'd definitely prefer a divider for the Hi Hat cymbals. Also only really room for one set op Hi Hats I think. I usually carry two sets and maybe a splash or two. I like the extra pocket on the back though, for sheets, stickers, passes, etc.
Padding on the sides/top is not very thick. Front and back padding is okay, reinforced with some sort of hard plastic. Padding on the bottom (shock absorber) is thick but the cymbals can easily slip down next to the padding and end up being unprotected from below - which is not ideal!
Dividers in the main pocket are attached to the bag which I never really find works as well as loose dividers. Also they are only partially separating the cymbals from each other, as the cymbals touch each other at the bottom.
Very nice handle. Very nice shoulder straps and chest strap.
Conclusion: many nice features but at this price I'd like to be fully satisfied.
