Close to perfecttion

I love this bass. It really is close to perfection, the only imperfect thing is the volume knob, which is a bit scratchy, but it's on max all the time so doesn't bother me (seems to be an easy fix by a guitar tech anyway).
I can't be bothered by anything else. Looks, sound, fretwork, versatility, ability to use passive mode - I love it all. The tuning machines aren't that bad as some say and the bass has zero neck dive (at least with a wide strap). The bass is also lighter than I thought. The setup was great from the box. Some bloggers also highlight questionable ergonomics (the lower part of bass is unusually short), but surprisingly I didn't feel like I have any problems with it while sitting.
The neck is amazing.
I don't know what else to say. As I mentioned, if the volume knob wasn't a bit scratchy, that would be perfect 10. Since for someone it may be more important than for me, I would give it 9.5.

Great Bass for the price.

Nice rolled edges, powerful and versatile active electrics. Loved the colour and all for less than £350. Very happy. Bass only needed slight tweaks to the saddles, which even i could do without any issues, so no expensive set up needed

Phantastisch was Sire hier abliefert! Top Features die rundum funktionieren wie sie sollen. Die Bass-, Mitten- und Höhenblends reagieren sehr feinfühlig für sich und auch in Kombi. Das Soundangebot ist entsprechend riesig. Das Ding macht echt sowas von Spaß. Die Optik und Haptik stehen der Elektronik in nichts nach, aber auch das kennt man ja schon von der Marke. Einfach klasse und wenn man den Preis nicht kennt meiner Erfahrung nach nicht so einfach von deutlich teureren Modellen zu unterscheiden.

Einziges kleines Manko, damit ich ihn nicht einfach so durchwinke ;-) … ein Poti war leicht schräg. Volle Funktion aber halt optisch nicht 100%. Das ist aber echt auf extrem hohem Niveau gejammert!

Von mir aus gerne wieder und volle Empfehlung!

Super Sound , wirklich vergleichbar mit meinem echten Stingray ! Tolle Verarbeitung , tolle Farbe , wirklich eine preis-„werte“ Alternative !! Kann man nix falsch machen - für den Preis ohnehin Kaufempfehlung !
