The Best Mixer!

I worked five years on Mackie Dl1608 and now I decied to take dl16s. We use backing tracks in our shows, and with them, drummer has a click. So now I don’t need an aditional router, aditional mixer for drummer’s aux and aditional sound card.
I like dl1608, but dl16s is better with it’s features. Just turn the cable into a Mac, and all is ready.

*Master Fader is easy to use and I can make very fast all routings I need.
*Good preamps, good sound, very easy to use.
*2.8kg.
*Good quality of the box, Mackie connectors, not “shunsheng” :)

I have four mixers from Mackie. Two analog and two digital. I like them.

Many thanks for Thomann team. The mixer was delivered in a week to MD.

After 6 months of use I can add some things:
In this period I had some trouble with connection, but I changed wi-fi channel and upgraded all devices to Master Fader 5.2. Now it connects and works perfectly with internal router. It works from mac, ipad and android device like a mixer, and like a interface with 3 stereo backing tracks and one mono for click.

Købte denne som submixer til til mit in ear og som lille mixer til små setups. Den er superkompakt. Let. Super robust og praktisk designet. Wifi virker rent faktisk (til forskel fra alle andre...). Interfacet det bedste på markedet med flere længder. Godt og intuitivt. Som en total bonus så er den et 16x16 lydkort som fungerer upåklageligt. 17 ms roundtrip latency er ikke dårligt og jeg har prøvet den i en 8 timers uafbrudt recording session hvor den bare kører uden det mindste slinger. Fuldt digitalt krydsfelt gør det super let at sætte mixes op i kombination med lyd fra daw via USB, og i studiet kan musikerne selv sætte deres personlige mix op. Jeg købte først en soundcraft ui24 for at prøve den, men den er ringere på alle punkter, på nær at den har flere kanaler, så den røg videre.
