Ho comprato la Ludwig Pocket Kit per mio figlio di 6 anni.
Perfetta e di buonissima qualità per il prezzo che ha, ogni tanto ci gioco pure io.
Rulante e tamburi molto validi, ovviamente piatti entry level, ma dato che è pensata per iniziare non ci si poteva aspettare miracoli.
Migliorabile l'attacco del batticassa e le istruzioni di montaggio (video online dal sito Ludwig).
Sarebbe stato carino avere l'anello per il foro della grancassa, la pelle non è forata.

PRO: finitura generale e rullante.
CONTRO: attacco batticassa migliorabile, mancanza anello foro grancassa.

I love the kit, but they skimped on the cymbals

The kit itself is very playable, I play it myself too for fun and have a great time. I swapped the hi-hat to a Zildjian pair I had lying around because I couldn't stand the sound and feel of the one they shipped with it. Also, the hi-hat clutch keeps loosening, but I'll survive that - after all it's a kid's kit.

My sons absolute loves it and keep playing it almost daily.

One of the leg-holders on the floor tom broke but Thomann sent me a replacement.

Not just for children

I bought this drum set for my son and was amazed by the set. I was expecting it to be cheaply made for children to just play with but low and behold the set was better than the entry level set I already had. I prefer practicing on this set than the entry level yamaha set i have. This drum set is not just for children, it can also be used as portable acoustic drum set or a cocktail set. It is so easy to set up than a full sized drum set. You can easily set it up anywhere around the school or wherever you want to play. I will surely buy another set like this for instructional purposes in the school i am teaching in.

Very good

Great kit. Hardware is very good but not impressive, just good for the price, drums itself are quite good, on the other hand cymbals are disappointing as I thought they would be, so I'm fine with that. Overall great kit and recommended for kids, specially under 7 year old.
