Those are great picks.
The only downside is that the grip goes out so far, that you scrape over the strings, putting unneccessary stress to the equipment. Had to give 4 stars for it, cause I'm going to have to take off some of the griptape.
But works well for my sweaty hands.

Extreme grip
These are quality made picks for an extremely good grip. Only thing I don't like is the feel on skin which almost feels like a sandpaper.
