Although this case wasn't really recommended for my 12-string Hagstrom Viking I took the change to try it anyway. And to my surprise the guitar just fit into this case. A beautiful couple as a result.

Beautiful case for a beautiful guitar

I've been using the case for the last couple of years for storage purposes as well as moving my guitars around and this certainly does the job well.

The leather handle is very comfortable while carrying and seems soft but firm enough to survive extensive use.
The case itself is lined with some kind of PU lining or similar material. This does show signs of wear but nothing too bad.

The only negative aspect of this case I would say is that the lock on mine broke really quickly and the lock is now non-functional.

All in all I whole heartedly recommend this case. Just keep an eye on the lock and handle it with care.

A perfect fit, well padded and with high quality fittings - strong latches and a comfortable padded handle. Highly recommended for peace of mind when taking the Viking gigging or to the rehearsal room. It's admittedly expensive, but you get a reassuringly good case for the money.

Sturdy and strong

Even though quite light. Perfect match for my Viking guitar. Can't think for any improvement over here. Now my guitar can travel in full safety. It is true that a gig bag is more handy for daily use, but this one is no match for its protection.

Excellent case

I bought this because of the unusual shape and size of the guitar meaning it wouldn't fit standard gig bags. I was pleasantly surprised by it, it is sturdy without being too heavy and very well made. It also looks fantastic and complements the guitar well.

Hagstrom C55 Viking guitar case

Bought the Hagstrom Viking ll 67 wct guitar and needed a guitar case to go with it, wasn't sure what case to buy so I emailed thomann and they told me the correct case of which I ordered, a beautiful looking case and makes a change from the usual black guitar cases, thanks again for regular updates 👍👍👍

Solid and stylish case

I'll keep it short and to the point. This is a nice looking case and of solid build which offers good protection for your guitar. The only downside is it will show every mark due to the light colour but I guess cases are there to do a job, not to be looked at. Good value for money, I would recommend this case.

Using this case for a year now and it gets a lot of abuse, except for some minor scratches it is still in perfect state.
