Clear sound, good sound shaping

I've bought the electronics as a replacement for my Warwick $$5's MEC default electronics and also to take off the "mid-edge" this bass has per default. The sound lost some of the deep mids, Warwicks tend to have and gained some clarity.
For the EQ capabilities, I can only say that everything each knob does eaxctly as you might expect - but in every case it's not annoying. If you increase or decrease the frequency level, it always feels musical. I don't know if you've had this with other electronics but with the default MEC, the higher frequenzies tend to get really sharp. no such thing with the Glockenklang ;-)
Installation is quite easy if you're familiar with electronics. You'll need to solder the connections to your pickups and the battery, that's all.

Ich habe mir diese Elektronik hier gekauft in einen HundK Bass einbauen lassen, weil mir dessen Hals und die Bespielbarkeit so gut gefiel, ich ihn aber Soundmässig noch aufwerten wollte. Nun, ich besitze noch einen Alembic, also sollte der Sound zumindest einigermaßen was her machen. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn.. Hammer ... diese Elektronik wertete den Bass um Längen auf und macht echt tierisch Spaß nun auch mal mit dem HK Bass Stanley Clarke zu spielen... ich hätte es nicht für möglich gehalten, aber wirklich 100 Punkte für diesen EQ .. und ich habe wirklich schon so einige durch ...!

Leise, Leise und noch mal Leise

Guter Bedienungsanleitung und einfache installation. Ich habe es mir installiert in ein Victor Bailey Fretless Jazz Bass. Bass/Treble ist ein "stacked" poti, mid sweep, balance und volume, also vier potis (4 löcher). Glockenlangs behaupt dass die poti's sehr Leise sind...und wow..die haben recht. Die poti's sind sehr leise, guter sound aber sehr Neutral. GEnau dass wass ich gesucht habe.

Habe mir diese Elektronik gekauft , da mein Bass ( Warwick Corvette $$ Macassar) immer leicht dröhnend und undefiniert im Sound war. Ich konnte es kaum glauben als ich den Bass mit dieser Elektronik das erste mal hörte.
Der Klang war wesentlich transparenter/definierter , "knackig" druckvoll im tiefen Bass-Bereich aber niemals dröhnend, selbst wenn der Bassregler annähernd voll aufgedreht war.

Also ich kann diese Elektronik wärmstens empfehlen
