The only negative point is that the slots are quite narrow, this means it will hold your mics more tightly but also that it's probably better with mics such as SM57's. Mics with a larger head (eg SM58) the basket will be sitting proud,and is protected only by the soft padding on the underside of the lid.
I use it only at home to store my dynamic mics but if you need to take your mics out in it, make sure you don't drop it upside down, I don't think the under lid padding will protect the basket very much!
Other than that it's very well made, stitching appears to be strong and I'm sure it will last a reasonable length of time
