Floyd Rose Fat Brass Block 37mm

Da ich den Floyd Rose Fat Brass Block 37mm zusammen mit Floyd Rose Brass Tremolo Claw & Screws und 3 x Harley Benton Parts Noiseless Trem Spring N in der Harley Benton S-620 TB Rock Series verbaut habe kann ich gar nicht sagen in wie fern sich die Komponenten einzel auswirken. In Kombination jedoch entfalten Sie meines Erachtens ihre volle Wirkung. Ich hatte vorher dann und wann Nebengeräusche die ich bei den Federn vermutet habe, diese sind nun verschwunden. Das Sustain war vorher schon gut ist nun aber einfach nur Krass. Ich muss dazu sagen, obwohl ich die auf der Explosionszeichnung mit S betitelte Distanzscheibe auf Empfehlung eines nicht näher betitelten Youtubers weg gelassen habe, baut der Block tiefer als das Original, weshalb ich die hintere Abdeckung wohl weg lassen werde, damit die Federn, wenn’s hart auf hart kommt nicht daran schlagen. Mich persönlich stört das nicht und ich könnte nicht kategorisch ausschließen, dass ich mich einfach nur vermessen hab 🤷‍♂️. Der Einbau hat mir zwar einiges abverlangt, aber das ist wohl eher dem Floyd Rose zu zu schreiben. Würde ich den Umbau noch mal vor nehmen ? Unbedingt ! Also in der oben beschrieben Kombination eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung

I have these blocks installed in all of my floyd rose equipped guitars that don't have a recessed tremolo route on the body. In a lot of cases (but not all!) the guitar gets setup with a dive-only way of operating the floyd after installing this block.I Therefore I have them on all my EvH guitars as well as my charvel Danhage and Demartini models. Makes these guitars even more stable and resonant along with more fatness and sustain. For this price a nobrainer. If you're handy, you can do this yourself; just loosen the strings, unlock all saddles, remove the strings and saddles all together for the b, g and a string. The other saddles have to be loose and off the baseplate but not to the extend that you have to remove the string and it's stringlock-screw like with the former 3. Unscrew the 3 screws on the bridgeplate and you can detach the old sustain block and exchange it with the fat brass one. Then you can install the saddles and strings again and intonate the guitar. All in all it should be done within an hour....you won't regret it!
