Casio PX-S6000

It was a two-week-long period of research that culminated into me opting for the Casio PX-S6000. It packs all the features needed for home or performing settings into an impressively slim and slick body. The sound is astounding. The keys give off a near-acoustic-piano feel. The screen makes it very easy to navigate through different sounds and settings. There isn't anything not to love about it!

The instrument all in all is extremely sturdy and is of excellent quality. It comes in solid packaging and everything is meticulously wrapped and protected during the delivery process.

Although the year's Casio flagship, the PX-S7000, packs in the €2,222 bill: the keyboard's stand (+awesome cover), pedals, and the 3-colour range, it's still a good idea to opt for the PX-S6000 (€2,072 for all of the above, sans the colours). That will only omit the 52 sounds (albeit including the two grand piano sounds that might be a must-have for professional musicians I guess) and the glamorous pedals with the cute metal handles; but it will gain you the 2 customizable knobs that everyone is going crazy about. And €150!

With its stand and everything, this keyboard is an excellent addition to any home. It's very much worth the money. Getting a standard XX stand is of course an option, and even though the Casio CS-90P stand is a bit overpriced, an XX stand might in fact be too frail for this (fairly large) piano. If it can stand its weight, I doubt it will provide the same stability while playing. Putting it over a stable piece of furniture you already have would be very convenient in this case.

If you looking relatively light but still weighted keytouch then thats the best keyboard for you. Sound is not so good as touch but at least dynamic and not bite your hears. Matter of taste of course, generally no bad words for Casio. I use it like best midi controller what still plays without computer if neccesary. One important thing for buyer. If you like to use expression pedal and sustain pedal as well, you need to buy Casio triple sustain pedal cause it has special separate socet. Keyboard has only one general 1/4 jack plug for multiple type pedals.

Das Casio PX-S6000 ist schon ne Nummer! Sieht gut aus, leicht zu
transportieren (14kg) eine mega gute Tastatur und für mich die beste Tastatur die ich je gespielt habe!
Eine smarte Bedienung, viele gute Piano-Sounds !
Dazu noch unendlich viele features wie z.B. eine „Piano Position“-Funktion in gewisser Weise um eine Akustik Simulation, die zur Einstellung des Lautsprechersystems dient. Mit den Einstellungen Standard, Wall, Center, Table lässt sich der Lautsprecherklang anpassen!
Den ersten kleinen Gig hat das Piano hervorragend gemeistert - mit Flute
und Gesang! Der Gesang lief über den Mic - Eingang des PX-S6000 (nur für dynamische Mikrofone)
Absolut cool ist auch das Touch Panel !
Ansonsten kann ich jedem empfehlen das PX-S 6000 auszuprobieren!

Surperbe design soigné.
Je l’ai préféré au 7000 car le pied ne m’intéressait pas et la différence de prix entre les deux est considérablement alors que les fonctions sont quasiment les mêmes. (Le pied valant 450 Euros à lui tous seul!)
Le clavier est vraiment excellent.
Très agréable à jouer avec une balancement des touches réaliste et un surfaçage des touches très agréable et en plus peu bruyant.
On s’approche d’un KAWAI (avec des vrais touches en bois)par le réalisme avec un toucher serte un plus léger et mais moins fatiguant.
Le son Piano Privia de base est très bon et la palette de son est très complète et originale surtout pour les piano électrique.
L’entrée micro est les effets associés et très adapté pour les chanteurs ou compositeurs.
C’est un home Studio à lui tout seul mais malheureusement le tableau de bord complexe nous ramène aux instruments d’avant l’informatique.
L’application Casio heureusement offre de nombreuses possibilités de réglages qu’on peut transférer vers le piano.
Mais il faut beaucoup explorer et cogiter pour arriver à maîtriser l’enregistrement et les innombrables réglages.
J’ai directement aussi acheté le pédalier SP-34 (dont le prix est raisonnable)
car la pédale d’origine n’est pas digne de cet instrument .
En conclusion, ce piano numérique très classe et compact avec une très bonne mécanique piano qui mérite l’investissement.
Usage: jouer et chanter dans un salon, une chambre ou un home studio.
Je le trouve un peu fragile s’il faut se déplacer et faire de la scène.
