Very useful adapter for users of audio-technica wireless transmitters

A very useful adapter cable for users of audio-technica wireless microphone transmitters. These transmitters use a small proprietary 4-pin locking connector for the microphone. This adapter cable allows connecting a standard dynamic microphone, available from most vendors, to the transmitter. The cable length is practical 1.5m (5 feet). As far as I can tell (and test), this cable won't allow connecting standard condenser microphone to the transmitter, due to lack of 48V phantom power. Interestingly, in this cable both ends are female - the microphone is connected to the standard XLR locking female end of the cable, while the transmitter is connected to the small locking proprietary female 4-pin connector.

Gutes Kabel aber relativ teuer

Habe das Kabel gekauft, um das Audi-Technica Wireless-System nicht nur mit der Gitarre nutzen zu können, sondern auch um ein dynamisches Gesangsmikrofon kabelunabhängig zu machen. Das Kabel sitzt stabil in den Buchsen, sowohl am Mikro als auch am A-T Sender. Die Tonqualität ist für meine Ohren durchaus vergleichbar mit einem durchgehenden XLR-Kabel, zumindest wenn Sender und Empfänger nicht zu weit (>10 m) voneinander entfernt sind.
So weit, so gut, ärgerlich ist der Preis, 43 Euro ist m. E. definitiv nicht angemessen, selbst für ein Nischenprodukt.
