Angel Lopez EC3000 Maho N

Gleich zu Beginn: Eigentlich dürfte so entweder als "Montags-Modell" oder als "Geht nicht für den Preis" bewertet werden.

So kam die Gitarre bei mir an:
- Finisch am Hals matt und Korpus glänzend und sehr gut, ohne sichtbare Mängel.
- Saitenlage am 12.Bund: über 25mm.
- Halstasche mit 2mm Luft, also nicht bündig in der Tasche.
- Mechaniken locker und springen beim Stimmen und aus irgendwelchen Gründen teils mit schwarz bemalt (ohne wäre besser).
- Kabel, Sechskantschlüssel und Saiten absolute normal, Saiten noch etwas unter normal.

Ganz klarer Fall: Zurück an Thomann.
ABER STOPP: Saiten runter, Hals abgebaut und Steg runter.
Jut, die Halstasche ist gut und sauber und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck (kenne ich bei E-Gitarren auch anders), die Bohrungen am Hals waren es nicht. Da wurden die falsch gesetzten Löcher mit nem Dübel ohne Leim verkleinert. Deswegen der Abstand beim Übergang. Irre, wirklich.
Also ein kleiner flaches Plastikstück eingesetzt in die Tasche, den Steg mal begradigt und alles wieder zusammen (natürlich gleich geputzt, weil war nötig), dann noch den Hals eingestellt und ....

BÄÄMMMM: Saitenlage und Bespielbarkeit aus dem Himmel. Klar, Mechaniken müssen neu her und die Regler bzw. deren Kappen müssen festgeklebt werden. ABER:

Die Gitarre klingt super, aber man muss Arbeit investieren, was bei dem Preis fragwürdig ist und nicht jeder sich dran traut.

Keine Kaufempfehlung beim aktuellen Stand, aber mir hat die Stunde "Bauen" wirklich Spass gemacht. Ich sehe allerdings auch, dass dies nicht bei jedem Modell gehen wird. Schade, denn die Idee ist super.

C'est une guitare très sympathique :
belle couleur, finition très correcte, manche agréable avec frettage moyen, bien ajusté (quelques petits coups légers de lime à ongle sur quelques fin de frettes qui accrochent, mais rien de grave), un petit réglage de manche et de trussbar, huilage de la touche et du chevalet (très secs) et c'est tout.
Les cordes installées sont bonnes, j'attendrais un peu pour changer...
les mécaniques sont correctes, mais c'est très facile d'en changer pour de plus belles et/ou efficaces.
Après tout ces réglages et mise au point (env 2h) la guitare est très agréable à jouer, avec un manche typé très classique, c'est justement ce que je voulais...et des accès au aigus très facile...elle sonne un peu plus que ce que j'aimerais (il y a des cavités sonores - question de poids je crois) je vais peut-être essayer d'envoyer de la mousse polyuréthane pour matter le son, car je cherche vraiment à avoir un instrument le plus silencieux possible pour travailler même au coeur de la nuit...pour ce qui concerne le piezo, c'est dans la moyenne sans plus, mais comme je joue essentiellement avec des simulations, j'arrive à trouver le son que je cherche sans problème... j'ai rêvé toute ma jeunesse de pouvoir m'offrir une Chet Atkins, sans en avoir jamais les moyens...je suis ravis avec cet Angel Lopez qui comble toutes mes attentes vu le prix demandé...

ich habe die EC3000 Maho N im Septermber 2021 gekauft.
Saitenlage und Sound haben mich nicht überzeugt.
Zum Glück hat diese Gitarre einen geschraubten Hals.
Den Halswinkel konnte durch Einlage eines Furnierstreifens an der Halstasche korrigieren.
Nach Anpassung der Halskrümmung sind Saitenlage und Bespielbarkeit nun perfekt.
Die Werkssaiten habe ich gegen einen Satz Daddario EJ45 “Pro Arte“ getauscht.
Die Gitarre ist nun mit weitaus teureren Alternativen vergleichbar.
Ein ideales, preiswertes Bühneninstrument mit einem guten Sound, bei dem man keine Sorge vor Beschädigungen haben muß.

Fidèle à eux même, la commande a vite été traitée et est arrivée en un peu moins d'une semaine.
Emballage soigné, rien à redire.
Par contre au niveau de l'instrument il en est tout autre.
À la réception, la guitare est injouable. Les cordes sont anormalement hautes. Les frettes sont saillantes et la touche et le chevalet sont ultra sec...
Si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise avec le "bricolage" de votre instrument, vous allez être bien embêté !
De plus, après 2 semaines d'utilisation, la guitare ne tient toujours pas l'accordage (je n'ai jamais vue ça...)
Niveau son un fois branchée, ce n'est pas trop mal. Par contre j'ai un problème de masse. Encore un travail à effectuer sur l'instrument (neuf de surcroît...)
LE point positif de l'instrument (parceque quand même il faut bien en trouver un...) serait son manche. Typé classique, en plus fin. Ce qui est très agréable.
En bref, pour 325€ je trouve que celà fait beaucoup de défauts. Si c'était à refaire, je ne ferais pas cet achat

The color, look, and overall design of the guitar are really nice. Visually, it makes a very good first impression. According to my research, I am one of the few people who purchased this model again after a long time and left a recent, active review, so everything written here is based purely on my own experience.

To be clear from the beginning: this guitar does not offer a trouble-free playing experience straight out of the box. If this is going to be your first guitar, it only makes sense if you are willing to deal with adjustments and accept additional costs.

The guitar arrived in solid condition with no cracks or major cosmetic issues. However, the string action was very high, and the frets felt sharp, making it uncomfortable and even painful to play for longer periods. Because of this, I had to get a basic setup done, which resulted in an additional cost of about 50 €. The frets have not been fully dressed yet, so there may be further expenses in the future.

In terms of sound, the guitar performs very well. Since it is a classical-electric (electro-classical) guitar, the tone is balanced and pleasant. Out of curiosity, I compared it to Godin guitars, and the tonal character is surprisingly close. Of course, it does not reach Godin quality, but it is still impressive for this type of instrument.

After the setup, the guitar became enjoyable and fun to play, and I genuinely like its sound. However, the main issue is the price-to-performance ratio. At a price of 330 €, a guitar should arrive properly adjusted and ready to play.

The body wood quality is acceptable, but the neck wood feels rather low quality. The factory strings also seem worn, as if the guitar had been sitting in storage for a long time, and they clearly need to be replaced.

In my opinion, this guitar should be properly adjusted before being shipped. In its current state, it feels overpriced. Attempting to do these adjustments yourself without enough experience can easily damage the instrument, which would mean wasting your money.

In conclusion, while I like the sound and the appearance of this guitar, there are better alternatives at this price point. With a bit of patience, buying a used Godin-style guitar would be a much better long-term choice. This guitar is only suitable for players who are familiar with setup work or who are willing to accept extra costs after purchase.
