High E string Problem ..crooked neck?

I liked the guitar. It sounded great; the set up out of the box was OK..the action was a bit high for me. The problem was (i sent it back) that the high E string at the upper frets was almost off the fretboard! So i suppose the neck was not on straight. I saw a similar issue on a you tube video. You would need a luthier to set it right, that is I would need a luthier. I just don’t feel the guitar is worth 1000 bucks.

Beautiful guitar

Really nice to play. Neck is as smooth as silk. Great features like locking tuners. Really easy to play lead and chords. The push pull pot Really gives the guitar some punch. Have only had mine for two days, but I'm really happy so far. Great service as always from Thomann. I'll update if there's any issues or anything else to add in the near future.
